Transforming Lives Through Scholarships At CybageKhushboo, we believe in empowering students to achieve their dreams. The Hyderabad Chapter recently distributed ₹66.72 lakh in scholarships to 89 deserving students from CMR College of Engineering and Technology and MLR Institute of Technology. These students are pursuing transformative courses in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Electronics Engineering. Celebrating Dedication and Festive Cheer! On Sunday, December 22, 2024, CybageAsha proudly hosted a grand Christmas Carnival at Cybage headquarters, Pune, to honor and celebrate our auxiliary staff and their families. With over 665 attendees, the event was a vibrant expression of festive joy and community spirit. We were honored to have Mr. Arun Nathani, CEO and MD of Cybage Software, and Mrs. Ritu Nathani, Director and Head of CSR, lead the celebrations. Their active participation and personal engagement made the evening unforgettable. The carnival offered engaging activities like balloon toy crafting, tattoo art, and musical chairs, bringing smiles to all. A special visit by Santa Claus delighted the children with gifts and holiday cheer. The evening also marked a milestone as 15 staff members were recognized for completing an incredible 10 years with Cybage, felicitated by Mr. and Mrs. Nathani. Fostering Talent, Building Futures! CybageKhushboo proudly organized the second round of scholarship distribution for the academic year 2024-25 on December 15, 2024, at Cybage headquarters. A total of ₹1.86 crore was awarded to 291 students across 85 colleges, supporting their education in engineering, architecture, and management courses. Earlier this year, the first round of scholarships saw ₹1.32 crore awarded to 254 deserving students pursuing courses in engineering, architecture, medicine, and management. Empowering Villages in the Bhor Cluster: CybageAsha's Impactful Initiatives On December 11, 2024, CybageAsha took significant strides toward sustainable rural development in the Bhor Cluster, Pune district. Under the leadership of Mrs. Ritu Nathani, Director of Cybage and Head of CSR, several transformative projects were inaugurated: Improved Sanitation: A 270-meter underground drainage system in Wadhane village was inaugurated, addressing critical health and hygiene challenges and promoting a cleaner environment. Clean Water for Schools: A new drinking water facility was installed at the Zilla Parishad school in Wadhane, ensuring students and staff have access to safe and clean water. Enhanced Infrastructure: Tale Mhaswali village now benefits from a newly constructed CC road and underground drainage system, improving connectivity and living conditions. A New Beginning: After heavy rains destroyed a widow's home in Wadhane, CybageAsha rebuilt her house. Mrs. Nathani personally handed over the keys, providing her with a safe and secure place to call home. Inauguration of the CybageKhushboo Hunar Skill Development Center in Hyderabad! CybageKhushboo proudly inaugurated the Hunar Skill Development Center on 9th November 2024 in Punjagutta, Hyderabad. Mr. Hanuma Reddy Vinta, Delivery Manager at Cybage, led the launch, celebrating the start of this empowering initiative. In collaboration with the SVR Ananth Adithya Foundation, the center offers free, two-month training in ITES (Information Technology Enabled Services) and Communication Skills for college dropouts. 🌟 Lighting Up Lives: Diwali Celebration at Snehwan Orphanage 🌟 This Diwali, CybageAsha volunteers brought joy to Snehwan, an orphanage near Alandi, Pune, home to over 70 orphan children.  With 21 dedicated volunteers, we spent a heartwarming day making sky lanterns, hand-painting diyas, and crafting greeting cards, spreading joy and festivity. Snehwan is more than an orphanage—it’s a movement dedicated to empowering orphan children by providing a nurturing environment and quality education. 🌱 Celebrating Diwali by Giving Back to the Environment! 🌱 As part of Diwali week celebrations, CybageAsha organized Shramdan activities with farmers in Sonde Hiroji, Velhe, Pune. 63 dedicated volunteers participated, ensuring the health of 1,600 trees we planted two years ago on Gram Panchayat land. The team cleared the area, applied Bordo paste for pest protection, and added bamboo supports for the saplings. This effort is not only a testament to our commitment to sustainability but also a step toward future income opportunities for the village – contributing to local development.
