What You'll Do: Drive BTL Marketing: Collaborate with the CMO to spearhead below-the-line marketing efforts to build brand awareness, drive footfalls, and boost online orders. Event Management: Lead brand participation in city-specific and multi-city events to enhance visibility. Strategic Alliances: Forge partnerships with corporates, residential complexes, educational institutions, and other brands to create impactful in-store activation opportunities. Local Store Marketing: Support our operations/sales teams with targeted marketing initiatives to increase store visibility and customer engagement. In-Store Marketing: Oversee the execution of festive décor, activations, and display solutions to create memorable in-store experiences. Agency & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with activation agencies, creative partners, and vendors to ensure high-quality execution. Administrative Duties: Handle KPI reporting, budget utilization, and coordinate with internal departments for seamless project execution. Who We're Looking For: Experience: 7-8 years in Consumer Activation/BTL marketing in B2C sectors like F&B, QSR, Retail, FMCG, or Media. Skills: Strong project management, brand building, and activation skills, with a hands-on approach to execution.
