Thanx Lex Witness. It was an excellent occasion to meet some of the top layers from different domains and multiple countries. Indeed it was a great panel and I alongwith my co-panelists discussed excellent insights on cross-border contracts. Some Highlights - Cross-border contracts not only increases your addressable market but also result in brand building. For some industries, where suppliers come from a few countries, cross-border contracts are not an option but a necessity! - Indemnity, LOL, License rights are some of the most crucial ones and should be negotiated carefully. - When two countries are signing a contract, many times both preferred to use laws of a third neutral country and hence its important to be well versed with laws of multiple countries. - Contracts should build up layers to avoid litigation and we should also prepare for local legal support in another country as a backup plan for rainy days.

TechPhosis is a new age Deep Tech Company with focus towards communications. Its a great learning experience for us exploring new technologies, learning Innovative Use Cases and doing core 6G research. Growth and development are central to our ethos at TechPhosis. We benefit greatly from the insightful discussions and guidance provided by our founders and senior team members. Their mentorship helps us navigate challenges and continuously improve, both individually and as a team. As the day winds down, we cherish our evening tea breaks, which provide a chance for Techphosians to relax and connect. These informal gatherings are filled with casual conversations, laughter, and camaraderie. We also make it a point to celebrate significant occasions such as birthdays and festivals, which enrich our work environment with joy and a sense of community. We cut cake, play guitar, and have jam sessions that make me feel like I’m back in college. One of the most amazing things about working at Techphosis is the unique culture we have. Everyone feels like a friend, and you can talk to anyone, from junior team members to the founding members. It’s this openness and approachability that makes the workplace feel truly special. In fact, one of my most memorable moments was during an office party when I mimicked one of our founding members. Everyone, including the founding member, had a great laugh, and it just reinforced how friendly and down-to-earth the culture is here. We live by the motto "Work hard, party harder" We put in the effort when it’s time to work, but we also know how to let loose and enjoy life together, making sure there’s a perfect balance between productivity and fun. Techphosis is where work and life seamlessly blend. #IMC2024 Day 1 - Captivating day for TECHPHOSIS Day 1 of IMC was quite busy for TechPhosis with a continuous stream of customers, partners, friends and old colleagues! The Indigenous low cost 5G/6G Research lab was a clear eye-catcher with most clients seeing the live demo and asking for detailed information. Many clients were also interested to know how TechPhosis is democratizing 5G through the use of Open Source. TechPhosis team explained the current progress and also shared feature roadmaps defined for next 6 months. It was a reunion time at TechPhosis booth with lot of old friends and colleagues dropping by. Thats the best part of the show!
