India’s First Sustainable Road Using Bio-Bitumen We are excited to announce the inauguration of India’s first road built with bio-bitumen, created using Praj's proprietary technology. This lignin-based bio-bitumen, developed through in-house R&D, replaces fossil-based bitumen and can reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 70%. This breakthrough aligns with Atmanirbhar Bharat and Viksit Bharat 2047, taking India a step closer to a greener, self-reliant future.
