A four-day workshop on “Finding The Leader in You (FLY)” was organized by Faculty of social science, Banaras Hindu University, in collaboration with Competitiveness Mindset Institute (CMI), USA. Throughout the whole workshop the facilitators, June Dias Sourabh Banerjee SWATI NAIDU Shalwi agarwal And Coordinator of FLY program - Prof. Sandeep Kumar provided immense support and guidance to the students. The Curriculum of FLY program is designed to assure that the student practice self-discovery and leadership excellence. They learned about the 5 Pillars namely Conscientiousness, Taking Initiative, Perseverance, Innovativeness, Problem Solving.Many efforts were made by the facilitators to bring out the Non-cognitive skills in students.After the workshop, students delved into fundamental leadership and competitiveness skills, gained insights from real-world experiences and developed skills through a change of mindset.Sessions were interactive and created an enriching experience for all participants. Thanks to Competitiveness Mindset Institute (CMI) , USA to provide such a great experience to the students.
