Sport keeps children in a good place.
About us
Monkey Sports is a rural-based non-profit organization that provides access to sport for children through inclusion, safe and fun ways to overcome trauma. In the last 5 years, we have worked with 2500 children in 3 different states (in remote geographies), and through our work, we have been able to improve children's behavioral problems such as trust issues, lack of motivation, violent ways to resolve conflicts, communication, and collaboration.

During feedback, children often asked for a better playground. Over the past 15 days, we worked hard to make it a reality. It may seem simple, but it took significant effort and resources. Listening to children and addressing their needs is central to our mission. This playground is a long-term investment for them to play safely and excel. A funny (and stressful!) story from the process—while working on the ground, the JCB accidentally broke a water pipe supplying the village! It was a challenging week, but we managed to recover and complete the work. We are thrilled to see this vision come to life, and we hope this playground becomes a safe, joyful space for the children for years to come.

Breaking gender stereotypes through sports! At Noni Johar, organized UNICEF India and Chhatisgarh Agricon, we hosted an engaging session on Sports for Equality, discussing the challenges girls face in accessing sports. Through a mixed-gender game—Frisbee, we explored how sports can create equal opportunities for all. The 90-minute session was facilitated by our founder, Kushal Agarwal, along with our Youth Mentor, Tripti Yadav, and Volunteer, Sejal Patel, who brought their expertise and passion to the table. Last but not least, We were more than delighted to have Vibhuti Duggar and VINITA PATEL in our session.

We asked the children where they got information regarding menstruation. The boys mentioned that they learned it during our session. Girls shared that they get information from teachers and mobile phones but they feel more comfortable talking to us. Coaches Across Continents Tripti Yadav
