We are #hiring!! We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP TM Developer to join our SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM) implementation team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying SAP TM solutions that align with business objectives and optimize transportation processes. Technical Expertise: - Proficiency in SAP TM development on SAP S/4HANA platform. - Strong knowledge of BOPF (Business Object Processing Framework) and PPF (Post Processing Framework). - Experience with ABAP coding, enhancements, CDS Views, OData services, and Fiori development. - Knowledge of TM optimizer, charge management, and freight cost calculation. Integration Knowledge: - Understanding of SAP SD, SAP MM, and EWM modules for seamless integration with TM. - Familiarity with middleware tools such as SAP PI/PO or CPI. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: - Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. - Strong debugging skills in SAP TM scenarios. Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in cross-functional teams. - Proven ability to deliver under tight timelines.   Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement custom solutions within SAP S/4HANA TM to meet project requirements. - Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements. - Design and configure SAP TM functionalities including planning, execution, freight costing, settlement, and analytics. - Develop interfaces and enhancements using BOPF, OData services, and Fiori apps for integration with other SAP modules like SD, MM, and EWM. - Optimize performance and troubleshoot technical issues within the SAP TM environment. - Develop and maintain technical specifications, coding standards, and documentation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration testing and user acceptance testing. - Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and project guidelines. - Provide support during the hyper-care phase and assist in knowledge transfer. Preferred Qualifications: - SAP S/4HANA TM certification. - Experience with transportation scenarios in industries such as FMCG, medical devices, or manufacturing. - Familiarity with integrating SAP TM with external systems like GPS or telematics providers. - Knowledge of Indian logistics regulations, including e-Way Bills, e-Invoicing, and GST compliance. Advise clients on SAP recommended processes and functions · Design target state SAP solutions for clients. Influence clients’ thinking in adopting leading/ standard practices while developing target state · Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solution · Perform SAP configuration and tests. Develop specifications for development of forms/ reports/ interfaces. · Lead the consultant and client teams through the implementation cycle including planning and execution of testing, migration and cutover.
