About us
EXSURE is an R & D-based startup and we are developing the next generation of exosome-based cancer therapeutics. We are developing a unique exosome-based chemotherapeutic drug-delivery platform that will facilitate precise and guided delivery of anti-cancer drugs (existing on the market) into tumor cells and relapse-causing cells (cancer stem cells) without abruptly harming the healthy cells. Our platform will reduce chemotoxicity and chances of cancer relapse in cancer patients. Currently, we are working with a breast cancer model. We have validated the efficiency and efficacy of our platform in vitro (in different breast cancer cell lines and derived cancer stem cells) and ex-vivo (primary cells & stem cells derived from chemo-naive clinical samples of breast tumor biopsies). We are yet to validate our platform in vivo (SCID mice). We have filed the patent for the formulation we are using to develop these bioengineered drug-loaded targeted exosomes and the methodology behind it (Final patent to be filed this month). We are providing outsourcing services including any type of cell-culture-based assays, exosome-based experimentations, and cancer stem cell-based assays.

Yesterday it was not just a competition, but throughout the day we got insights about what not from John Tsui ( The person standing next to me is technically our interpretor and translator from OIST Innovation ) It was really a long day, we discussed so much about anything but not WORK ofcourse ! We got some real parenting lessons, why & how to stay healthy tips, Japanese chopsticks etiquette, Onstage performance manners, history of Okinawa, importance of relaxing, cooking and so much and so many ! We went to local streets tour and so on and so ! He is such a fatherly figure to us...Yesterday we got to know him as we discussed nothing about work but LIFE ! At Exsure we are committed to #research and promoting #Biotechnology. To continue our mission to impart practical knowledge we got support from Vignan Technology Business Incubator and Vignan's University to demonstrate our Leucosure PBMC Isolation reagent. This is our second practical demonstration for Leucosure following a successful event at Brainware University, Kolkata. We witnessed enthusiastic students eager to learn the principle of PBMC isolation and acquire skills in isolating PBMC. We witnessed the excitement in the room when the students viewed the isolated PBMC under a microscope.
