251 million children around the world aren’t in school.† This Giving Tuesday, let’s lead with heart and take action to change that. At Young Living, we’re working to build seven new classrooms at the Young Living Academy in Ecuador. These classrooms will provide access to quality education for children eager to learn, grow, and lead their communities. Here’s how you can help: 💡 Donate any amount: Every dollar helps us reach our goal of $250,000 and gives students the tools to break poverty cycles and build brighter futures. 💡 Make a bigger impact: Donations of $1,000+ will be recognized with your name—or the name of someone you’d like to honor—on a commemorative brick displayed on campus. 💡 Team up for good: The first seven fundraisers to raise $10,000+ will have a classroom named in honor of themselves or their team. Together, we’re doing more than building classrooms—we’re investing in children’s futures and making a difference that lasts for generations. ➡️ Donate or start a fundraiser today: https://lnkd.in/gVdFutPW #GivingTuesday #YLserves #leadwithheart †Statistic from UNESCO Global Education Monitoring Report, 2024/5. 关于我们
Through the painstaking steps of our proprietary Seed to Seal® production process, we produce the best, most authentic essential oils in the world. We are committed to providing pure, powerful products for every family and lifestyle, all infused with the life-changing benefits of our essential oils. Our community of wellness started small in 1993, when D. Gary Young and Mary Young developed their first organic herb farming and distillation operation. At the time, Gary Young had already discovered the incredible power of essential oils, but because the quality of available oils varied so greatly, he’d been unable to fully harness their potential. Mary’s previous experience in the direct-selling industry enabled the Young's to fulfill their vision and establish a business that would empower its members to share truly pure essential oils with the world. After establishing Young Living in 1994, the Young's developed more farmland in Utah and Idaho and began cultivating lavender, peppermint, melissa, clary sage, and many other herbs. Fueled by a growing demand for top-quality essential oils, Young Living designed and built the largest, most technologically advanced essential oil distillery in North America. In harmony with these efforts, Young Living developed its groundbreaking Seed to Seal® process, which preserves the integrity and potency of essential oils through every step of the production process. Headquartered in Lehi, Utah, with offices in Australia, Europe, Canada, Japan, and Singapore, as well as farms around the world, Young Living stays true to the Young's original vision. With our steadfast commitment to essential oil purity, we’ve inspired millions of people everywhere to experience nature's gifts of wellness, to create abundance as Young Living members, and to discover new opportunities for lifelong transformations.

The value we are focusing on today is We Cultivate Growth. When we cultivate growth we intentionally focus on development and improvement, both at an individual and organizational level. It encompasses a commitment to continuous learning, adaptability, and the creation of an environment that nurtures personal and professional development. Resilience is key . As we cultivate growth, we view our challenges as opportunities to learn and grow. We bounce back from setbacks with a positive and forward-looking mindset. Our different perspectives and experiences contribute to a richer and more innovative environment, fostering a culture of learning and development. Today we have been sharing employee growth stories within the organization. It is incredible to see the growth and achievements so many of our employees have had.

Welcome to day four of what we are calling YL Way Week. Today we are highlighting our value We are Trailblazers. As trailblazers we possess a visionary mindset. We have a clear vision of where we want to go and inspire others to join us on our journey. Trailblazers exhibit courage, challenge conventional wisdoms, and go against the grain. Being a trailblazer means not being afraid to question established norms and push boundaries. We believe trailblazers have a significant impact on others, inspire change and leave a lasting legacy. What a better way to celebrate Trailblazer day than celebrating our very own Rex Kidman, R&D Scientist and Essential Oil Formulator. Today Rex is celebrating 30 years with Young Living. Rex is a true trailblazer, forging a path that combines science, spirituality, and wellness. As we celebrate his 30 years of service, we acknowledge the tears he's shed, the stories he's shared, and the profound impact he has made on many. Rex is a symbol of excellence, dedication, and humility. His legacy will continue to inspire us all.

Today we are celebrating our value We are Humble. Employees have been sharing stories about people within the organization that have achieved success through humility. As Gary Young said, “Anyone can build a fence.” When Gary bought Skyrider Ranch, it needed to be fenced and 17,000 acres is a lot of fence. Gary would take employees up to Skyrider ranch to help build the fencing. It didn't matter if you were in Finance, Legal, HR, or Member Services. He would take employees out and they would go work together and build a fence. What this demonstrates is that any one of us can get our hands dirty, no one is better than another. There is no place for egoism at Young Living. We are humble, we work hard, and we work together.

Today is all about highlighting our value We are Guardians. Protecting the earth with sustainability and the work our foundation is doing aren’t the only examples of being a Guardian. Being a guardian also means taking care of one another, taking ownership for our own roles and responsibilities, championing our team and making sure that we're loyal to them. Throughout the day we have heard stories from employees about the work our foundation is doing, how employees are owning their roles, and compliance projects. To add some fun we all wore purple or superhero attire.

This week we will be diving a little more into the YL Way, focusing on a different value each day. Today is Heart Day. Leading with heart emphasizes the importance of bringing empathy, compassion, and genuine care into all our interactions – whether it be with our teams, peers, or Brand Partners. Leading with heart involves understanding and connecting with the emotions, needs, and well-being of those we interact with. This morning our Sr. Vice President, HR Jeff Holdsworth hosted a panel where YL leaders K.C. Barrow, Alexa C., Andrew Evans, Christina Baldwin, PMP shared thoughts and insight on leading with heart, empathy, and compassion. The panel discussed building relationships, high expectations/high love, having an open mind - communicate with respect, how recognition is a good measurement for leading with heart, and finding joy in everything you do. How are you leading with heart?
