⭐️ Meet the A Team… Today, we’re proud to share Laila’s story.   Laila, a Call Center Agent in our Brazil office, tells us when a complex Roadside Assistance case was solved “the customer gave me a compliment that moved me to tears”   The story begins with a customer who had overturned his car while crossing states in Brazil. Traveling from Minas Gerais to Rio de Janeiro. The customer was understandably anxious and nervous, and Laila worked not only to diligently resolve the situation but also to provided human support and council to help calm the customer in a stressful moment. 🎁 Together with the Christmas Parcel Convoy, we bring smiles to children's faces!    Once again, this year, we at Allianz Partners in Germany are delighted to participate in the initiative of WPK Weihnachtspäckchenkonvoi gGmbH. Together with many dedicated colleagues, we have collected numerous gift parcels for disadvantaged children in orphanages, hospitals, kindergartens, and schools in Eastern Europe.   The Christmas gifts have already arrived in their destination countries and have brought great joy to the children during Christmas season. Our participation has become a cherished tradition and a heartfelt commitment for us at Allianz Partners: This year, we are proud to be part of the initiative for the tenth time.   To ensure the Christmas Parcel Convoy continues to light up children's eyes in 2024, we have once again supported the initiative with a donation of 3,000 euros. 🌟   The parcels were handed over by our Managing Director Carsten Staat and Global Head of Sustainability Anna Pietraszewski-Weimer to our Allianz colleague Marko Fester, who coordinates the collaboration with the Christmas Parcel Convoy at Allianz. Every year, the parcels are carefully sorted at Allianz in Unterföhring with the energetic support of numerous helpers and then loaded onto trucks that set off on their journey to the destination countries.   At this point, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported and made this wonderful initiative possible! 🎄 #BetterTomorrow
