The Herald Property Awards for Scotland honours the achievements of Scotland’s innovate property sector.
About us
The Herald Property Awards for Scotland 2024 honored the achievements of Scotland’s most innovative and successful home and commercial builders, developers, agents, interior designers and registered social landlords. The Herald is proud to organise these established industry awards which once again showcased excellence in the property industry. This year’s Awards were made up of 20 different categories including two new for 2024 - Property Marketing Team of the Year and Excellence in Sustainability Award - and once again they honoured the achievements of Scotland’s most innovative and successful companies and individuals working in this sector. As has happened in previous years, a high number of entries were received these prestigious awards, which have gained an industry-wide reputation thanks to the thoroughness and transparency of their judging criteria. The robustness of this process involves site visits by judges to every single property submitted in all categories regardless of location, a process that this year has seen our judging panel visit developments across the length and breadth of Scotland in order to ensure that only those that met the highest standards of design and construction quality are considered as finalists. The awards ceremony took place on Thursday, September 26 at Doubletree by Hilton, Glasgow The Herald Property Awards for Scotland 2025 will launch in January 2025, register your interest here: https://newsquestscotlandevents.com/events/heraldpropertyawards/
