On International Day of Persons with Disabilities, we thank Elena Sabinson for joining our Work Better podcast recently. Her episode, Embracing How Different Our Brains Are, is one of our most-listened episodes in the past year. Elena researches neurodiversity and is passionate about the role design can play in helping all people flourish. She teaches environmental design at the University of Colorado Boulder and was diagnosed later in life with autism and ADHD. Elena’s personal experience and research on neurodiversity, along with expertise in architecture and design gives us ideas for how the workplace can do more to support all of our different brains. We are grateful to learn alongside Elena and other partners as we advance the inclusive design practice at Steelcase. We’re committed to helping foster inclusion by creating more accessible and equitable workplaces. Listen to the full conversation anywhere you get your podcasts. https://bit.ly/49kFkuU
