So Atul was right that she would be using the child as a tool for evading the judicial process. And that's exactly what is being done. Atul Subhash's father shared that he has got some information about his grandson with the help of Karnataka Police. Nikita Singhania had sent her son to a boarding school in Faridabad at the age of three. “ Admission of children at the age of three at a boarding school is illegal. My grandson was born in 2020 and will turn four this year in February," Pawan Kumar told media. He also accused Singhania of using her son as a weapon to get bail from court. Bengaluru's City Civil Court granted bail to Nikita Singhania, her mother Nisha Singhania, and her brother Anurag Singhania on Saturday (January 4)whom Atul accused of torture & extortion in his s*ic*de video. #formenindia #mentoo #mensrights #atulsubhash

On 5th january, 13 years back, I got full #custody of my five-year-old son after a fierce battle. After fighting a bitter struggle for the custody of my minor Child, I can tell you from experience that no judgments, precedents, love, affection, or money matters when it comes to the custody of children in India. Another reason is that I have more exposure and have seen many cases from close and have hand-held many fathers in their child custody battles. I see fathers fighting losing battles to seek custody in courtrooms and mediation. Many approach me through word-of-mouth and with hope in their hearts. Reasons why most fathers don't get custody of the children: 1. Child Custody is filed by many fathers to settle their other #disputes. And I state it even on the cost of being trounced in all groups, a lot of people use child custody battles to put pressure on wives to settle the marital discord. It is fitting that such people who don't have custody battles as their priority don't get custody of the children. 2. Child Custody is filed very late: Many fathers have lost the battle even before it began, and the reason is #delay. Some fathers have filed for child custody after three or even more years of separation. The Child's bond is cemented with the mother by then, and courts are reluctant to unsettle the status quo. 3. Child Custody is focused on things other than the welfare of the Child. One can see petitions in which little is spoken about child welfare. The petition is filled with #atrocities the wife has committed on him and his family. The cardinal principle in a child custody battle is the Child's welfare. When one has not filed the child custody petition, the chances of getting custody are slim. What can you do- 1. One essential point we must remember in all custody battles is that forewarned is #forearmed. Suppose one thinks that his kids can be taken away forcibly. He should move fast. 2. If the children are taken away and all mediums have failed to get the custody back, be proactive and file for the custody of the children. It does not matter whether you have been admitted on #AnticipatoryBail. It does not matter whether the case has moved from CAW Cell to Court. 3. Keep yourself fit as a guardian: no drugs, no binge drinking, no leaving jobs. Also, no matter how the #money is used, it is in your wife's hands. Always be willing to provide for the children. Better still, keep sending some money for the maintenance of the Child. My Advice- Throughout the process, you will face moments of uncertainty but also moments of #hope as you work tirelessly to protect your Child's best interests. With each step, whether mediation, court hearings, or gathering evidence, you should remain focused on the ultimate goal—ensuring your Child's well-being and securing the most stable environment for their future.

The amount I spent on my one kid’s diaper for a year is much higher than total amount of my total schooling including books and private coaching from nursery to senior secondary. Raising a child is one of life's greatest joys, but for many middle-class families, it can also be an overwhelming financial challenge. From birth to adulthood, the costs pile up, and the dream of providing a comfortable, average life for a child can sometimes feel out of reach. The expenses begin early: prenatal care, hospital bills, and basic baby needs like diapers, formula, and clothing. As the child grows, so do the costs—childcare and education quickly become major financial burdens. Extracurricular activities, medical expenses, and saving for college only add to the pressure. In addition, the cost of living continues to rise, affecting everything from housing to groceries. For many middle-class families, juggling these financial obligations while also planning for the future can leave little room for savings or investments. Yet, despite these challenges, the desire to provide a stable and fulfilling life for children remains strong. For many families, the struggle is real, but so is the determination to make it work. Financial literacy, budgeting, and planning for the long-term are crucial tools for navigating this difficult journey. Middle-class families are often caught in a balancing act between securing their children's future and maintaining their own financial well-being. It's a tough road, but with the right strategies, it's possible to give kids the tools they need to thrive.
