Do you know what Invisible Delivery is? It’s a game-changing service that redefines customer experience. With Invisible Delivery, we go beyond dropping off goods—we step into our customers’ restaurants to actively support their warehouse and inventory management, making operations smoother and more efficient. In Poland, over 100 McDonald's restaurants benefit from this enhanced support. We began implementing the service in April this year and aim to cover the entire market by the end of 2025, by which we plan to double the number of employees at HAVI Logistics Poland! We target to cover more than 600 restaurants, making it the largest market globally to adopt Invisible Delivery. We’re incredibly proud of this achievement and the amazing teams that make it all possible. At HAVI, we’re excited to announce the first-ever implementation of the new Infor® Warehouse Management System at our Porto DC in Portugal! This milestone represents a significant step in our digital transformation journey, laying the foundation for a smarter and more efficient supply chain for our customers.  Thanks to the exceptional collaboration and dedication of teams across HAVI Supply Chain, the system went live on 15th November.  Results are promising: 100% of customers successfully served by DC Porto using Infor®.  We will continue working as ONE team to maintain our highest service levels. In response to the severe flooding across Czechia, HAVI’s crisis response team, led by Michal Glas and Barbora Holubová, demonstrated remarkable coordination, responsibility, and courage. Coordinating closely with clients and providing 24/7 support, our team ensured the swift restoration of supplies to affected customer restaurant locations. Partnering with the Czech Red Cross and key suppliers, we delivered two truckloads of essentials—including bottled water, cleaning supplies, disinfectants, and food—to Jesenicko and Krnov within the first week. Our HAVI colleagues in Poland and Hungary joined the relief effort, extending cross-border support to impacted communities. Heartfelt thanks to our people who volunteered on the ground, filling sandbags and providing hands-on assistance.
