At HAVI GBS, we embrace this spirit by giving back to our community in valuable ways.    Once again, we visited the Fundacja Ronalda McDonalda to bake gingerbread cookies for caregivers and families. We had a pleasure of participating in the internal HAVI GBS conference, which brought together leaders from Finance, Procurement, Legal, Real Estate and our HAVI Krakow Global Business Services represented by Magdalena Swat and her team. The discussions focused on strategic priorities for 2025-2027, highlighting the importance of collaboration and alignment in achieving our goals. During October and November, we focused even more on investing in our most valuable asset—our people. From team-specific workshops to cross-departmental trainings, our teams have been sharpening their skills and expanding their knowledge. We improved skills such as: project management, communication, cost controlling, self-presentation, business presentations, personality traits, and leadership abilities. Additionally, business trips to Spain and Italy allowed us to strengthen the collaboration with our partners. Our value #ThinkBigTogether, reminds us how important it is to continuously grow and share our knowledge. We are proud to announce a significant milestone – our team at HAVI Krakow Global Business Services has grown to over 300 employees! 🎉   To celebrate this achievement, we proudly joined the Posadzimy.pl – a tree planting initiative. At HAVI Krakow, we’re proud to support the #PolishHumanitarianAction in their efforts to aid communities affected by recent floods in Poland.  Through our “Bike to Work” 🚲 initiative, every kilometer our team cycled this year contributed to a collective donation to help those in need. Meet Agnieszka, she started her journey with HAVI in 2021 as a Team Leader in Material Planning and Procurement for the DACH countries, marking the launch of supply chain operations at HAVI Krakow Global Business Services. She later transitioned to Team Leader in the Restaurant Order Planning department for Central Europe. She realized that she has gained all she could from her time in leadership and she was eager to advance her career in expert path diving deeper into field of supply chain to expand her expertise. “My story shows that you need to keep searching, stay open-minded, and look around. Despite my “silver years", I've decided to expand my knowledge and skills and I've found the right place in the company, which supported my decisions. You just need to feel comfortable with your job, Team and the company and not be afraid.” 💪 Agnieszka also represents her commitment to speaking our values by recently winning internal Speak-Up quiz, showcasing her dedication to integrity and trust.
