As the leaders of our organizations, we hold a unique position of influence that extends beyond our boardrooms. That's why I’m proud to chair the Florida Chapter of CEOs Against Cancer and its mission to drive meaningful change in our fight against cancer. Cancer doesn’t just impact those who are diagnosed; it affects families, friends, and communities. By prioritizing health and wellness in our workplaces, we can create a ripple effect that fosters awareness, prevention, and support. It was a productive fall meeting this week with CEOs from across Florida, especially as we kick start Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October. Plus, it was awesome to celebrate CITY’s Pink Pumpkins campaign with the chapter, a powerful initiative that raises funds for breast cancer research and support. This campaign not only fuels hope but also demonstrates how we, as leaders, can band together to create real change in our communities. Let’s lead by example. Together, we can transform our companies into champions for healthier environments—where every employee feels valued and supported. #CEOsAgainstCancer #Leadership #HealthAndWellness #BusinessForGood
