Job Opportunity: Property & Acquisition Specialist (Relocation) in Spokane, WA!

Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking an experienced real estate professional to serve as a Property & Acquisition Specialist within the Eastern Region Real Estate Services Office located in Spokane, WA. In this role, you will provide the advanced technical level relocation assistance tasks for Eastern Region and other Regions. These tasks are considered highly complex in nature for difficult residential situations, and non-residential relocations, which include highly complex industrial and commercial business displacements. This position also provides technical real estate services advice for all projects and works with headquarters and Eastern Region in their statewide training needs.
