Swiggy Debuts Marketing Suite to Enhance Restaurant Promotion Through Influencers and Social Media. Swiggy has unveiled a new suite aimed at enhancing restaurant promotions through influencer partnerships and social media marketing. This suite enables restaurants to engage with influencers to highlight their services and supports placing ads on social media channels like Instagram and Facebook. It also provides functionality for sending push notifications to WhatsApp customers. In a related effort, Swiggy recently launched ‘Staffing Support’ to help restaurant partners with staff recruitment. Hermes V2 allows users to input their queries into Slack. These queries are then processed through AWS Lambda, which serves as an intermediary between the user input and the Generative AI (GenAI) model, to reformat the input. After this, a Databricks job is initiated to fetch the relevant charter’s AI model, generate an SQL query based on the input, and execute it.
