🎤 Solo-Founder Chronicles #2: Small Wins, Big Impact – The Launch Experience 🧗 The goal for this initial launch wasn’t just to onboard users – it was to create noise, spark curiosity, and see if what I’ve been working on resonates with people. And while the numbers may seem small on paper, for me, they’re huge 🐘 Over the weekend, I couldn’t help but smile as notifications for new sign-ups, LinkedIn reactions, impressions, and demo requests kept coming in. Every little notification was a win. These are the moments that reassure me – that show me the need for what I’m building is real, and that I’m on the right track to meet it. Some highlights from this early stage funnel : - LinkedIn posts generated 2817 impressions It’s encouraging to see that the message I’m putting out there is gaining visibility. - +27% business profile views 10 days in September comparing to all of August - +250% clicks & impression on the website 🖱️ - Two new users joined the platform - + One demo request – a huge validation for me. - The best part? I reconnected with old friends from my engineering school, and they’re genuinely interested in the platform! It feels incredible to blur the lines between my professional and personal life, with people I know showing support for what I’m building. This experience has taught me that it’s essential to celebrate the small wins. They might seem tiny to some, but to a solo-founder, they’re massive. They’re the proof that I can address a real need, and that’s all the fuel I need to keep going. ⛽️ So, let’s keep the momentum going! Head over to the website, share the word, and let’s make these numbers skyrocket – who knows, maybe we’ll give Apple’s next launch a run for its money! 🤜 https://www.xpnce.com/ 🤛

What’s it like to be one of my clients? Let me introduce you to one: Q-PAC Q-PAC is an industrial manufacturing company that’s on a tear. I love working with the team, because... • Their margins and growth would make most SaaS startups green with envy. • We're building legit new market category against old-school competitors. • The CEO, Matt Kent, is allergic to the status quo and wants to play big. • The team is hungry, sharp, and fun to work with. • No VCs breathing down their neck. We get to do some meaningful and challenging work together: • Building their strategic narrative • Defining the category and their plan to grow it • Creating the GTM plan • Growing the team • And hopefully pulling off some legendary marketing It’s early chapters. We have a ton of work ahead, but our initial work has laid a solid foundation for a legendary business. Stay tuned, because as we go, I’ll be sharing more about our wins, our losses, and what we’re learning along the way. ===== P.S. I unpack lessons from companies like Q-PAC in my newsletter, The Narrative Field Guide. Subscribe to get a free tool to validate the problem your brand solves. ⏰ In Tech, Timing isn't Everything... It's the ONLY Thing! ⚡ Welcome to Week 4 of our Founder's Toolbox series! Last week we delved into the world of software complexity. Today, we're sprinting into the race of time-to-market. On your marks, get set, go! Ever feel like you're in a race against time with your startup idea? Welcome to the "Time-to-Market" Olympics! Here's the deal: In the startup world, being first isn't just about bragging rights - it's about survival. But here's the plot twist: racing to launch can be like trying to serve a half-baked cake. Yummy in theory, messy in practice! 🎂 So how do you win this race without ending up with egg on your face? 🥚😅 1. MVP isn't just tech jargon - it's your golden ticket! (Minimum Viable Product, not Most Valuable Player, although your MVP should be your MVP 😉) 2. Think 'lean cuisine' not 'all-you-can-eat buffet' for your first version. 3. Launch to learn, not to be perfect. Your first users are your best teachers! Remember: Facebook didn't start with a marketplace, job board, and virtual reality. It started with "Hot or Not" for college students (true story!). So, founders, what's your strategy? Are you Team "Launch Fast and Furious" or Team "Slow and Steady Wins the Race"? Share your launch stories below! #TimeToMarket #StartupStrategy #MVPLaunch #StartupGrowth #ProductDevelopment #FounderJourney

I've gotten so many questions recently about the road to $50k MRR with Level Up Creators Specifically - "can I work with them and do this too?!" Level Up Creators has been a dream partner for me this year. They do incredible work, do what they say they’re going to do when they say they’re going to do it, are trustworthy, and are getting freaking results for me. And I talk to SO many creators who want to have access to this team I’m working with to 2x, 3x, 4x their MRR. Amanda Northcutt and her team created the new Level Up MRR Accelerator, and it’s launching in January 2025. It's the exact same white-glove service that I've received. There will only be ~5 spots and there are 3 pillars to the 7 month program: ➡️ Done-for-you services - They’re going to build or rebuild your entire business for you so it runs like a well-oiled machine. The amount of work they will do for you is insane. ➡️ Exclusive group coaching (with the 5 Accelerator participants), hosted by Amanda, Level Up team members, business experts, and I’ll be hosting a few sessions myself ➡️ Mastermind - this is the ultimate creator economy mastermind. These 5 creators will be at similar stages of business and will become a cohesive group of trusted advisors for one another, led by Amanda. But in perhaps the craziest professional move of Amanda’s life, she’s going to guarantee her team’s results!!!! Each Accelerator participant will have a personal MRR Guarantee in black and white in their contract. If Amanda’s team doesn’t reach that goal with you in 7 months, they’ll continue to work with you until you do, for no additional charge. This is a 6-figure program and it’s going to change your life (it has mine!!) DM or email Amanda Northcutt (amanda(at)welevelupcreators.com) if you’re serious about making 2025 the most impactful year of your entire career. I promise you won't regret this!

10 Steps to Product-Market Fit: A Practical Guide Achieving product-market fit is the key to a startup's success. Here’s how you can get there: 1) Problem/Solution Fit: Ensure you’re solving a real, pressing problem. 2) Document Your Plan A: Start with a clear business model, but be ready to pivot. 3) Find Early Adopters: Identify and engage those who need your solution the most. 4) Build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP): Focus on delivering the smallest solution that provides real value. 5) Measure Progress: Use metrics like acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue to track growth. 6) Deliver Value Before Scaling: Make sure users find value before you focus on scaling. 7) Learn from Early Feedback: Leverage qualitative insights from a few good customers. 8) Identify Your Growth Engine: Choose between paid, sticky, or viral growth strategies. 9) Track Cohorts: Understand user behavior by measuring them as cohorts. 10) Keep Testing: Breakthroughs come from learning through failed experiments. Steal the blueprint I used to find product-market fit for The Launch Code! ✔️I identified a problem I could solve—sales and marketing for early-stage B2B companies. ✔️ I first targeted all small businesses but then narrowed my focus to tech startups with a high-ticket product they struggled to sell. ✔️I identified my ideal customer: a tech startup with seed funding, founder-led sales, and some paying customers. ✔️I expanded my offering to include a video course, group workshops, and personal mentoring. I've since helped 200+ founders from 26 countries accelerate their revenue growth. Key lessons: ✅ I spent years refining my target market through trial and error. ✅ Persistence was key—each setback helped me refine my offering. ✅ Each iteration gave me greater focus until I offered the perfect solution to a single problem. 👇 Want to apply this blueprint to your business? ▶️ DM me and let's talk. ▶️ Get the first chapter of my upcoming book, The Launch Code, for FREE —link in comments.

Here's the link to the pitch decks: https://lnkd.in/dqTtC_VP Thank you for the overwhelming response on my first giveaway. _____________________________________________________________________________ I have created a Google sheet of 20+ pitch decks by some popular businesses all around the world. As a founder, I know how valuable it is to study successful pitch decks when crafting your own. As much as we’d like to believe, people do judge a book by its cover, and using these pitch decks as your North Star will not only complement your pitch, but help your business stand out amongst a plethora of other presentations. With this in mind, I've curated over 20 amazing pitch decks from gaming studios, tech startups, consumer brands, and more - all in one easy-to-access Google Drive folder. Inside, you'll discover decks that hook top VCs, and other investors. These aren't just generic templates, these are tried and tested pitch decks that paved the way towards helping some of the major businesses become what they are today. No more shooting in the dark or reinventing the wheel while building your pitch deck! I've done the hard work of tracking down these funding gems so you can use them as inspiration and insight. These pitch decks will be your secret weapon for selling your vision. Comment 'PITCH' and I'll send it to you.
