You should be able to take action when you have a 90% occupation level rather than when you’re already out of memory. ... The new trend is to shift left from post-deployment observability to built-in observability and observability by design. In this new approach, observability is the first thing you think about. You ask yourself what you would observe to determine if the system is healthy or not healthy. Once that is defined, you add it to your implementation."
