Training and collaboration with our customer Mondelēz International for sustainable packaging innovation. We mutually agreed on accelerating collaboration between both companies, prompted by the suggestion from Mondelez of extending historical and existing partnerships with the exchange of knowledge on chosen topics. The result was an exciting collaboration and training session with Mondelez at their R&D Center in Wroclaw, with remote participation from their Munich team. This first meeting was all about diving into the future of packaging innovation and sustainability. Our team of 14 experts from Constantia Flexibles presented advancements across aluminum production, heat seal coatings, high barrier papers, twist films, and our innovative Ecolutions product range. The day sparked a dynamic exchange of ideas and solutions, setting the groundwork for what is shaping up to be an impactful partnership. Next, we welcomed a second invite to Mondelez’s Bournville R&D Centre in the UK to once again present and discuss our collaborative innovation. Together with Mondelez, we are pushing the boundaries of sustainable packaging—and the best is yet to come. #Sustainability #Innovation #Collaboration #Packaging #Ecolutions

Today marks the beginning of a new chapter 📖 As I transition from leading R&D B2C Development at Michelin, to my new role as Vice President of Research & Development, I’m filled with both gratitude and excitement. Looking back at a story of 27 years, and counting, each chapter has been shaped by valuable experience from Michelin’s R&D department, that grows our understanding about our customers’ needs, and how innovation drives real-world impact. I’m eager to continue infusing insights transversally, also overseeing the Corporate Innovation and Partnerships teams, as we apply cross-cutting lessons from each domain that our technology serves, from healthcare to hydrogen and of course, mobility. Our world is changing fast, and R&D fuels the advancements that shape the future for the better. Consolidating sustainability, performance and safety, Michelin will keep innovating to create life-changing composites and experiences. I would also like to recognize my predecessor Eric-Philippe Vinesse, whose visionary leadership and dedication leave big shoes to fill, setting an exceptional foundation for our future in R&D, as we push the boundaries of what’s possible. Here’s to the next chapter of discovery, growth and transformation!

In a world of technological innovation, packaging design must now go beyond the shelf.
Packaging serves as more than just a mode of transportation; it acts as a catalyst and a representation of a company’s innovative thinking, efficient processing, and quality management. It also embodies the brand promise made on behalf of the company — Quality expectations must be sustained or exceeded, and packaging design must aim to foster all these factors into one unique delivery experience, which now extends beyond the physical shelf and into the digital realm. This is how businesses and brands grow. Catalyst for growth https://lnkd.in/efuSRmMa On that note… The prestigious and highly anticipated PAC Global Awards is open for entries! Industrial agility, product innovation, CSR acceleration, artificial intelligence and local production. Read François Tassart's first interview as CEO of Albéa Group in Formes de Luxe: https://lnkd.in/g5PgKsug. What are your key priorities for the group? Firstly, the acceleration of Albéa’s CSR roadmap. We’ll meet our commitments for 2025 (Ellen MacArthur, CDP, EcoVadis…) and we’re currently building our targets for 2030. [...] The second priority is about increasing our agility in the context of a highly volatile market as our clients are looking for agile suppliers that can greatly reduce product development lead times. How would you sum up your vision for Albéa in the years to come? I’m not here to push Albéa’s name into the limelight. What is important is that we understand that every one of our clients is unique and has its very own DNA. Our job is to us to understand that identity and integrate it into our offer! Read the complete interview by Alissa Demorest on Formes de Luxe.
