Executive Vice President Research & Development - Supervises the Innovation & Partnerships Corporate Direction

Today marks the beginning of a new chapter 📖 As I transition from leading R&D B2C Development at Michelin, to my new role as Vice President of Research & Development, I’m filled with both gratitude and excitement. Looking back at a story of 27 years, and counting, each chapter has been shaped by valuable experience from Michelin’s R&D department, that grows our understanding about our customers’ needs, and how innovation drives real-world impact. I’m eager to continue infusing insights transversally, also overseeing the Corporate Innovation and Partnerships teams, as we apply cross-cutting lessons from each domain that our technology serves, from healthcare to hydrogen and of course, mobility. Our world is changing fast, and R&D fuels the advancements that shape the future for the better. Consolidating sustainability, performance and safety, Michelin will keep innovating to create life-changing composites and experiences. I would also like to recognize my predecessor Eric-Philippe Vinesse, whose visionary leadership and dedication leave big shoes to fill, setting an exceptional foundation for our future in R&D, as we push the boundaries of what’s possible. Here’s to the next chapter of discovery, growth and transformation!
