Interesting webinar Alberto Silveira thanks for sharing your thoughts and journey: - Alberto’s journey began with a 133 MHz computer in Brazil, leading him to become a CTO after overcoming language barriers and embracing diverse technologies throughout his career. - Alberto Silveira’s first paid programming job was developing a pizza ordering system in Pascal, which he secured through a college professor, interesting! - Aspect of invisible work and Carpaccio methodology is interesting. Not many think about it this way and rather think about 'visible/visibility' metrics like line of codes / commits only - People before technology to build the right culture. Leaders have to invest time in understanding their team members. Thanks for sharing this Alberto! Alberto Silveira HireVue -
