@Rebecca’ Ballart’s family-famous brownies are here to steal the show—and possibly your friends' dessert loyalty. These aren't just any brownies; they're "Tell me your secrets!" brownies. 🎉
The magic? It's all about the bake.
Pro tip: Keep your eyes on that oven dial! Mid-bake, you’ll need to turn the heat DOWN for that perfect gooey-meets-fudgy texture. 🍪🔥
Bring these to your next gathering and prepare to be crowned the dessert MVP. 👑🍴

You open up the bacon and carefully lay it out on the baking pan, the put it in the oven at a perfect 275 degrees. Your kitchen starts to fill with that beautiful bacon aroma, and you step outside to take a call.
When you return to the kitchen, that wonderful smell has turned into the smell of bacon burning! In a panic, you open up the oven, and sure enough you had left it in for too long...
So what do you do now? Do you throw it out, and start over? Good bacon isn't cheap, and it seems like such a waste! Do you power it down, and just try to not think about that burnt flavor and the extra brittleness? Well, that doesn't sound all that good, and at 50 or so calories a slice, you want to be able to enjoy it.
Here's what I do: put the bacon in a pan with some pork broth, and let it simmer at a low temperature for 5 or 10 minutes. The bacon will soften, and any burnt flavor will filter into the broth, and leave you with just the taste of bacony goodness!
And if you cook it too long, and it gets a little more limp than you wanted? No problem! Just fry it in a little bit of butter to crisp it back up to your liking when you're ready to munch it down.
Enjoy, and you're welcome!

If someone one told me to make an omelette, I could do that.
I can cook (I mean I’m not talking Michelin ⭐ level, but I’m pretty savvy in the kitchen) so I would grab some eggs out of the fridge, whisk them up and pour them into a hot frying pan. I’d grate a bit of cheese and add that along with a couple of grinds of black pepper. Fold it over, wait for it to cook and slide it onto a plate.
I’ve made an omelette, right? But what if you weren’t any good in the kitchen and didn’t know how to make an omelette? Where do you start? What if the desired omelette was tomato and mushroom, not cheese? I’ve followed the instruction, but haven’t delivered the correct thing.
If you weren't available in your buisness for a few days or even weeks, would your team have the right recipe to deliver work exactly as the client has requested, or would they deliver something that's not quite what was asked for or expected because they didn't have all the information and instructions needed? I'm not sure anyone really wants an accidental omelette (although that's a great name for a band!)
If you’re thinking, I DON’T HAVE TIME TO CREATE SOPS – that’s what I’m here for 😉

Easy Steps to bake cake on Stove-Top:
- Make the cake batter as per your recipe.
- Heat a thick-bottomed deep wok/pan on medium-high flame for 3 mins, with a pressure cooker-stand or a small plate turned upside down, inside it. Keep the lid on while heating.
- Pour the batter into the cake tin; cake tin is required to be one which should perfectly fit inside the wok and would let the lid cover the wok completely after being placed in.
- Once the pre heating is done, place the cake tin on top of the cooker-stand, and close the wok with the lid again.
- Turn the flame to medium and let it bake for the required time as per the oven recipe. I would recommend to start checking on the cake at least ten mins before it is due.
- Once baked, cool it the usual way as you would do with an oven-baked cake. (Illustrated in my previous reels, feel free to check @dcakeyway😊)
So don't stop yourself from baking a cake if you don't have an electric oven. Happy baking! 🥳
