But go too long and things can get uncomfortable… fast! 😵💫 It’s the same thing with your health. If you want to feel better or look better, you have to move better and eat better. Why? I will throw two expressions at you that you have most likely heard before so that you know that this isn't just me saying this.. "You don't use it, you lose it!" and "You are what you eat!" 🧘 Doing a little bit every day is a whole lot easier — and a lot more attainable — than trying to do it all at once.
