Last Friday, I had the privilege of speaking at Realcomm Events, discussing how InnerSpace is leveraging sensor-free technology to capture and analyze space utilization data. His address resonated deeply, emphasising the disparity between initial building design budgets and long-term operational costs.   Today I was a speaker at Stockholm Smart City, Infratech & Nordic Mobility Conference & Expo where I talked about the #advantages of #cross-#functional #development #processes and how it can create a self-investigating and change-oriented #organization. I began by comparing the challenge for big companies to keep up with today's changing market with the cartoon series "Coyote and the Road Runner", where Coyote never catches up to the speedy Road Runner. - Who says you can't discuss organizational structures and have fun at the same time. 🤣 Our #solution: By strengthening the hierarchical structure with a cross-functional development process, we have succeeded in implementing significantly #more development #initiatives with #better #results than ever before 🎯. It has also changed our organization where #improvement, #development and #innovation are a welcomed part of the day to day business.
