Team Spirit at the CYBERTEC Christmas Party Reflecting on CYBERTEC's 2024 journey, one highlight shone brighter than Rudolf's nose: our big, jolly Christmas bash. Held at the picturesque Johanneshof winery, just a stone's throw from HQ, it was the perfect festive setting for mingling over mulled wine and non-alcoholic punch. The merrymaking on December 5th was a blend of camaraderie, food, and probably a smidgen of awkward dance moves. Team-building was top priority, and yes, there was a three-course menu; if you missed it, folks are still raving about the desserts. As CYBERTEC rolls into 2025, teamwork and the delicate balance of creative chaos continue to lead the charge. It turns out, fostering unity among teams across miles isn’t just a corporate buzzword; it's our survival tactic, and it works. Our winning secret? A splash of diversity and a culture of collaboration that somehow feels as good as finding that extra present under the tree. At our half year catch up, Team Blendsmiths got around the table to discuss all things Blendsmiths, including brainstorming what we think our Team Culture is all about. We have tripled our team in the past year and as we grow it's important to find people who genuinely align with all that Blendsmiths stands for.
