Email marketing agencies make $100-500k a year on average but at a 20-30% margin (due to hiring copywriters, designers, etc.) With this AI tool, anyone could run a solo email marketing agency… And make six figures a year, at a much higher margin. Just food for thought.

Today I tested this new prompt on ChatGPT 4o: "What are some things about myself that I may not know, and what are some hard truths about myself that I need to acknowledge?" This is what I got: "Things About Yourself You May Not Know 1. You Underestimate Your Expertise: Your experience in web design, development, and SEO suggests a deep skillset, but you might not fully recognize how valuable and rare your combination of skills is in the marketplace. 2. You Have a Creative and Strategic Mindset: Balancing design (a creative pursuit) with business (a strategic endeavor) demonstrates a rare ability to think holistically, which not everyone possesses. 3. You Inspire Confidence in Clients: The consistent positive feedback from clients indicates that your work and communication style leave a lasting impression. This is not just about skill but also how you make people feel about working with you. 4. You’re More Adaptable Than You Realize: Your ability to pivot between projects, tools (like Figma, Webflow, and even considering Wix), and platforms shows resilience and a willingness to embrace change. 5. You May Be Spreading Yourself Thin: Your diverse skillset and various commitments, from client work to personal projects, indicate you may not give yourself enough time to recharge." There's more but there's character limit on LinkedIn. Try it and let's see what you get.

Relying on tools without skills, is like driving without a map–fast, but directionless In today’s world, we’re surrounded by powerful tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and countless AI-driven platforms. They are great enablers—but only if you understand the fundamental skills behind what they help you achieve. Here’s an example: Imagine you’re using ChatGPT to write product copy. It can give you polished paragraphs in seconds. But without a solid understanding of your audience, tone, or messaging strategy, the output will likely miss the mark. This applies across domains: - The best product designers are not the ones who use figma, canva, or Adobe Xd. They are the ones with great first principles design thinking. - A product manager can have all the collaboration tools like Figma or Notion, but without strong prioritization and communication skills, the tools are just noise. The purpose of these tools is to help individuals become more productive while execution. Tools must not replace ones thinking ability. So, while it’s exciting to explore the latest tech, don’t let it overshadow the importance of why and how you use it. After all, a skilled professional with basic tools will always outperform someone with no foundation, even with the most advanced resources. Fundamentals—like clear thinking, problem-solving, and domain expertise—are timeless. I've pretty much come a long way from using a lot of different programs, some A.I. related, but here are my top five: 1. Canva - from everything to designing social media posts, digital products as well as designing for physical products. 2. Midjourney - Used this as a paid subscriber for a year now and generated thousands of graphic art. 3. Invidio A.I. - Probably one of the best programs to build things like social media posts. 4. ChatGPT - Has helped me a lot with designing things and social media post. 5. CoPilot - I pretty much use CoPilot like ChatGPT. However, I use it a lot for stock trading and researching stocks I want to possibly invest in.
