Today I tested this new prompt on ChatGPT 4o: "What are some things about myself that I may not know, and what are some hard truths about myself that I need to acknowledge?" This is what I got: "Things About Yourself You May Not Know 1. You Underestimate Your Expertise: Your experience in web design, development, and SEO suggests a deep skillset, but you might not fully recognize how valuable and rare your combination of skills is in the marketplace. 2. You Have a Creative and Strategic Mindset: Balancing design (a creative pursuit) with business (a strategic endeavor) demonstrates a rare ability to think holistically, which not everyone possesses. 3. You Inspire Confidence in Clients: The consistent positive feedback from clients indicates that your work and communication style leave a lasting impression. This is not just about skill but also how you make people feel about working with you. 4. You’re More Adaptable Than You Realize: Your ability to pivot between projects, tools (like Figma, Webflow, and even considering Wix), and platforms shows resilience and a willingness to embrace change. 5. You May Be Spreading Yourself Thin: Your diverse skillset and various commitments, from client work to personal projects, indicate you may not give yourself enough time to recharge." There's more but there's character limit on LinkedIn. Try it and let's see what you get.

Reflecting on mission 3's project #100daysofai The week started busy, and I barely made progress each day. Because I was determined to finish the Greenwood Project, I leveraged the ChatGPT coach I built in a previous challenge. I got the draft that I need. However, I don't have much time to spend on the project due to my busy schedule the past week. Although I have a few tools that would work for me, I needed something faster with results. ChatGPT suggested some tools like Wix ADI and Durable. I have not used these tools before now, but I was able to navigate the tools using my AI superpower in writing prompts. I found the best tool for Greenwood😎 Durable is a fantastic AI tool for web design, marketing, branding, and more. It is an all-in-, no-code tool that I would not mind getting a paid subscription to use 😍 I love this tool. The free plan did not feel like a free plan at all. Tools I explored in this project include durablesites.com - canva.com for Logo and expertrec.com for AI-powered search. Check it out 👇 https://lnkd.in/drzjaTQp

Email marketing agencies make $100-500k a year on average but at a 20-30% margin (due to hiring copywriters, designers, etc.) With this AI tool, anyone could run a solo email marketing agency… And make six figures a year, at a much higher margin. Just food for thought.

✨ Creating a Client Glossary with Canva & ChatGPT: A Simple, Powerful Tool to Empower Clients ✨ As paraplanners, one of the most powerful things we can do is make financial terminology easy to understand for clients. One way to do this is by creating clear, visual glossaries that break down complex terms into bite-sized, digestible pieces. I recently used Canva and ChatGPT to create an example of a basic glossary that could help any client better understand some of the financial jargon they might encounter. The process was incredibly simple and fast and the results speak for themselves! Here’s how I did it: 1. Start with ChatGPT: I asked ChatGPT to provide clear, simple definitions for some commonly used financial terms (you can see the terms I picked in the image below). 2. Format with Canva: Once I had the definitions, I transferred them into Canva—where I used a sleek, professional template to lay them out in a visually appealing way. [Be sure NOT to use a Canva Doc if you want to download the final document in any file type other than a PDF or Word Doc.] 3. Tailor the Content: I made sure the font size, colours, and design elements made the terms easy to read, even for clients with low financial literacy. A glossary shouldn’t be complicated—it's all about making the material easy to absorb. As this was only made as an example piece, it’s not at all comprehensive! But it shows how easy it is to make financial jargon more accessible. 💡 Pro Tip: Try making these glossaries an ongoing feature in your client engagement process. You can regularly update them with new terms and share them at different stages of the financial planning journey. Consider creating a master glossary document, then make a copy for each client and delete any terms that aren't relevant to their situation. This was only an example, there's no end to the number of different types of educational materials we could create to empower clients. Let’s inspire each other to get creative with financial education—our clients deserve it! #Paraplanning #FinancialLiteracy #ClientEducation #FinancialPlanning #ClientExperience #ChatGPT #Canva #FinancialEmpowerment
