Looking ahead with gratitude and purpose As I reflect on the nearly two decades we've spent together, one thing stands out above all: the power of people. The achievements we’ve reached, the challenges we’ve faced, and the resilience we’ve shown have all been made possible by an extraordinary team committed to making a difference. It was never just about hitting numbers, but about the values that guided us—doing what's right, pushing boundaries, and bringing diverse perspectives together to create something bigger than ourselves. Our journey has been a testament to what happens when passion meets purpose. We didn’t just aim for growth; we aimed for growth with integrity, and that’s something we should all be proud of. Whether it was navigating through acquisitions, facing a global pandemic, or bouncing back from setbacks, we did it together—with grit and determination. These moments, both triumphant and testing, shaped us into the resilient team you are today. But let this be a reminder: the story isn’t over. In fact, it’s just beginning. The future is filled with opportunities to continue dreaming, to keep challenging ourselves, and to embrace new challenges with the same energy and dedication that brought us here. This is the time to dream bigger, push harder, and continue achieving more. To my team, thank you for your dedication, your drive, and your passion. You’ve proven time and again that we are capable of incredible things when we work as one. Let’s keep up the momentum. Starting my own business has been one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences in my life so far... Here are my take aways from my first year of operating! It has taught me resilience, and the mindset to move directionally correctly rather than wait for everything to be absolutely perfect. Results compound when you focus on getting 1% better everyday. Some people asked me "why did you want to start your own business?" and to be honest the question really made me think... I think in business (and in life for that matter), you have a choice. Go for it and see what you're really made of. Or don't try and live wondering "what if?" For those who know me I'm not a "what if" kind of person... One of the best quotes that I think about almost everyday is actually one from my dad (My father is a tradie who owned his own painting and decorating business for over 20+ years ). My dad said to me 4 words that have changed my thinking. So simple yet still hold to this day. Those 4 words? "Have a crack son" Very aussie of him I know! But if you simply show up and have a crack at whatever you're doing you'll be better than everyone else who isn't "having a crack". Time and effort compound. Mindset, courage and consistency are the key to becoming a more competent and successful person. It just happens to also pay massive dividends to your business too! My one piece of advice to anyone thinking of going out on your own... Put people and providing value as your first focus, the rest tends to follow quite quickly! Provide value and expect nothing in return and focus on building genuine relations rather than "clientele". People buy from people they like. AI or tech won't ever change that! I can't wait to repost this years down the track and see how far everything has come. Until next time!

Crossed a gratitude filled year! As I look back on 2024, From spending hours brainstorming with my incredible team, -To nurturing relationships with clients who believed us -To the moment of launching our HealthTech product, a one-stop solution for healthcare industry -Increased our employee growth by 30 members -Expanded my core team to 7 members -Celebrated our 5th year anniversary as a grand event -Achieved a 92% client retention rate -88% revenue growth for our D2C clients -Increased 40% platform adoption rate for HealthTech clients -40% MRR scale-up for SaaS businesses -Formulated industry-specific funnels and more on our pipeline. All certainly did not happen in a fortnight! We’re moving 10X more aggressively toward growth this year. To all the leaders: The road is never easy, but it’s the grit, your vision, and projections that move you ahead. Believe your thoughts, your vision, and your purpose, the universe will bring you everything you deserve. Happy New Year of audacious goals!

I wholeheartedly believe this and try to practice it…and even better than fun is enjoyment. A task or activity can be enjoyable and fun and still be work. My degree is in journalism, the way that has transferred to my sales career and even the way I sales coach is in being curious! I’m not actually a Sales Coach, I’m a Detective! It shows up in the way I enjoy the discovery phase when meeting with a new prospect or even the way I approach prospecting. “WHAT can I find out” “WHERE else can I look, have I used all the resources and tools available to me to learn more about the prospect” “WHO do I know that may know the prospect that can give me insights” I will happily go down the rabbit hole and its fun to ME. One of my first questions when I’m coaching a rep is to ask them what aspect of the role/industry they enjoy…what about the job do they consider to be fun…this is a great foundation for understanding not just what motivates them but what may be missing from the team or company culture!
