The Unexpected Insight I Got About Brand Management from My Family Picnic 😳 For the past two years, my siblings, cousins, and I have made it a point of duty to come together during Christmas for a family picnic. This made me think about the impact of team-building activities on employee relationships. ✍️ A 2019 study by Nulab found that 96% of employees believe team-building activities positively impact their relationships with colleagues and overall work environment satisfaction. I was stunned because these findings imply that; ↳ Team bonding practices can make or break workplace dynamics. These programs help employees learn about their strengths & weaknesses, ultimately improving the operational workflow in the company. And with such a statistic, it's sad to see some companies aren't able to create a comfortable working environment, let alone not being able to implement any employee bonding programs. PS: I'd like to know, what other things have you seen companies do that directly affect their own growth? #linkedin #brandmanagement

As we enter this festive season, many companies and leaders are busy throwing Christmas parties and reviewing their financial performances. While celebrating achievements is important, this time of year should also serve as an opportunity to strategize and plan for the future, specifically, company retreats and employee training for the year ahead. In the past few weeks, I have had the privilege of conducting and facilitating several end-of-year company retreats. I truly believe that these retreats are a fantastic way to wrap up the year, reflect on accomplishments, and gain momentum for the upcoming year. They provide a unique space for team building, setting new goals, and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. Let’s make the most of this season, not just by celebrating our successes but by laying the groundwork for an even more successful year to come. #CompanyRetreats #EndOfYearPlanning #TeamBuilding
