🌟 What does it take to build a customer-centric, value-creating organization that delivers value beyond the product? 🌟   That was the key question I had the honor of addressing last week. Representing Mercuri International Benelux, I had the privilege of delivering a keynote speech in front of 300 top leaders from Equans BeLux, a global leader in energy and technology solutions.   The venue? One of the most extraordinary places I’ve ever presented at – Your Nature, located in Belgium near the French border. This location is not just beautiful, but deeply rooted in sustainability.
