The Techinal Committee session on "Driving Talent Development Through AI and Technologies " brought a firm reminder on how Organizations and People play a vital role in transformation of developing employees. AI should have a strong ethical governance to guide the usage in a right way as well. Yet we cannot deny that Humans will continue to play a key role in driving change through AI and Technologies alike. Machines cannot replace Human touch, creativity, emotional intelligence and empathy. We need to embrace the change to level ourselves with the global impact as Human enablers.
