General AI tools are not fit for purpose. Right out the gate LLMs like ChatGPT could do a few things exceptionally well... But to this day, they still have SIGNIFICANT limitations when it comes to most niche business needs. I've spoken with 20+ Director's who are underwhelmed by ChatGPT / CoPilot and struggle to see how these tools could transform their day-to-day. The truth?
