Does your Wordpress site have a lot of great content, but your visitors aren't finding it? Do you spend time directing people to the content on your site that answers their questions? 🤔 We can help! We’re readying our Wordpress AI chatbot, Nanabot, for public deployment! It's a Wordpress plugin with an AI service behind it, designed to supercharge content discovery on WordPress sites for your visitors. And if you've been negatively impacted by Google's recent algorithm change, this could be a game-changer for your site visitors. Want to see it in action and explore how it can elevate your site’s user experience? Drop a comment or message Troy Davis to learn more! 👇 #WordPress #AI #ChatbotInnovation #UserEngagement

Public Proptech data sources sought - please contribute what you’ve found! The US Proptech Council ‘s CTO Forum decided this past week to compile and publish a list of publicly available data sources useful in our industry. Have you found public data sources that were useful for your work in Proptech? Please post a link or other info here! It’ll be a little while before we’re ready to publish the info, but I’ll be sure to post here when it’s available, so react or comment on this post if you’d like to get updates. Thank you!

  • Choosing the right PropTech software solution largely depends on the specific needs and familiarity of the user with technology, as well as the types of operations they wish to enhance. For example, a property manager with a large portfolio might benefit most from comprehensive property management software that automates rent collection, maintenance requests, and tenant communications, provided they are technologically adept at navigating such a system. Conversely, a real estate agent might find more value in a Real Estate CRM that simplifies client management and automates marketing tasks, which needs to be user-friendly enough for agents who may not be as tech-savvy. The key is to select software based on the user's familiarity with technology, ease of use, and maintenance requirements. This ensures not only efficient adoption but also optimal usage of the software, allowing each type of real estate professional to maximize their productivity and effectiveness in their respective roles. https://lnkd.in/gicFTpKA

🚨 Last night's computer outages caused major disruptions for many companies standardized on a single operating system. 🖥️ But for those embracing computing platform diversity, it was business as usual! 💻🌐 Relying on a single OS like Windows can lead to widespread crashes, as we saw last night. Companies using a mix of Linux, Mac, and other platforms experienced minimal impact. Standardization limits lateral decision-making and resilience. Embrace diversity in your tech stack for greater stability and productivity! 🚀💼 #TechDiversity #ResilientIT #MultiPlatform #BusinessContinuity

  • AI has a multitude of applications in the commercial real estate market. Commercial real estate professionals rely on a multitude of data points to make informed decisions about property investments, valuations, and market trends. Machine learning algorithms are particularly useful as they can predict market trends by analyzing historical data and identifying patterns that would be impossible for humans to detect manually. Additionally, AI enhances property search capabilities, operational efficiency in property management, and investment and financial analysis. Despite the great progress, there's still a lot businesses can do with artificial intelligence within the real estate industry. Here is a list of categories that could benefit from AI.

  • Understanding the different commercial real estate personas helps you to develop a product that effectively meets the diverse needs and expectations of various stakeholders involved in the industry. Each stakeholder has unique needs and pain points, and creating personalized solutions will help your product stand out in the industry. Prioritizing your personas also allows your developers to design interfaces and functionalities that are intuitive and useful for the intended users. For instance, investors might prioritize ROI calculations and market data analytics, while property managers might need efficient tools for building maintenance and tenant communications. And in a crowded market, having a solution that clearly caters to its users can differentiate a product from its competitors. https://lnkd.in/dWYbuPKk
