[Update] Excited to share that the recent paper with Rotua Nuraini Tampubolon on "Sustainability in the Supply Chain: Analysing the Efficiency and Effectiveness of the Single Submission of Freight Transport Application through the Indonesia National Single Window System" has been published and is now accessible on the ESCAP website.  We analyzed Indonesia's Single Submission of Freight Transport Application (SSm Pengangkut) and found it significantly improves time efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and transparency in port licensing. This innovation aligns with the maritime single window concept and contributes to SDGs 8, 9, and 13.
