So these, these two elements of purpose, we're using the same word, one is 1 is about corporate and 1 is about personal leadership. How are they different? And I suppose my question is, how do you, how do you link them? How do you see the relationship between those two elements of purpose? I'll try and answer that because I think I know the answer of how we link them. So I've I've got a thing that I talk to new leaders coming into the business and I'll say to them, if you look at our business and even for your viewers, it's not, it's not complicated. We're not doing nuclear physics here - you've got a broken windscreen that you need fixed. And if I explain that to any group, probably even of high school people, kids, and I explained our industry and our business and I said come up with a winning business strategy, I bet you for sure they would say things like, well you should have a brand, you should have branches all over the country you should probably have a call center, you should get relationships with insurance companies, you should have really good technicians and all of which, correct, 100% correct. They sort of make your business model. They'd make our business model in an hour, yeah. And so the question that I always have been interested in is, so if it's that easy and it is that easy. If it's that easy, we talked about sales figures earlier. So our sales are ��6 billion. Do you know what the second biggest business in the world in our industry their sales are? It's 140 million. 140 million wow. There is no, you know, there's no other explanation other than this one, which is what is the difference between that and that? The only thing that can be different are the people and fundamentally the leaders, the leadership. How do you because they are you doing the same thing. There is no there, we haven't got any, we haven't got any patterns on windscreens or on. I mean we do things really well, but anyone can do them really well with the same. So why, why, how is it possible that this business has grown to that size and every other business because by the way, we've had many try... And the only answer can come down to is leadership. And when I say leadership, I think it is about exactly what you say it's about what is that overarching business purpose. But fundamentally what are the leaders doing? How are they leading the organisation? Are they linking to that purpose? Fine they need to, but are they are they linking to something else? Which is about you know, in our business, certainly a recognition that without a totally engaged workforce on the frontline people who are going out at 2:00 in the morning and having in the freezing cold and having to work outside, do they get up and want to do that. You know, are the call centre operators engaged and, and, and wanting to and, and recognising that and then doing what they need to do in the business to make sure that they get the best possible. But you, you can only do that if you, if you connected and if you're saying actually my job is not to create shareholder value, my job is to make the technicians job as easy and as seamless as possible. My job is to make the customer feel like they're going to go and tell 100 friends about this unbelievable service, completely surprising from a automotive company, which was just such a great experience. That's their job. That's a very different job.
