"Mina is helming Beach House, an indoor-outdoor pan-Latin restaurant that includes multiple settings, from a bar area to sit down tables, and on the back deck, a sceney lounge including an infinity pool. “I actually really loved this particular space, it’s airy and open and light, and it offered a lot more flexibility,” he says. “We’re not super locked into just being one type of cuisine. It’s really cool because the way it works is you hit a port and see what they have and you get to play with it.” We are delighted to have Michelin-starred chef Michael Mina be part of Ilma with the Beach House. The Beach House menu includes dishes like snapper ceviche, pollo a la brasa, and lomo saltado filet. Thank you to Jake Emen for the exciting article! ¡Enhorabuena!
That sounds fantastic! I'm intrigued by the concept of a pan-Latin restaurant with such diverse settings. How does the menu change depending on the port they hit?
