Bruce Lee’s famous quote, "Be water, my friend," serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of flexibility and adaptability - traits that are crucial in today’s fast-evolving world of technology. Just as water flows, shifts, and takes the shape of its environment, we too must be prepared to pivot and embrace change in our work. As Lee says, "water can flow, or it can crash" - so don’t be afraid to make a splash when necessary. In technology, sometimes it’s about going with the flow, but other times, it’s about breaking boundaries and driving innovation forward. Be flexible, but also bold enough to disrupt when needed. In the first-ever board meeting for Digital Meld I'm on record as saying, "We're not going to be consultants - it is too hard to scale!" Let's just say I had to quickly change my shape.
