#UsedCarWeek is almost here! A hot topic this year is rising insurance rates. Rates are predicted to rise nearly 22% by year end, causing more consumers to switch and shop, or forego insurance coverage altogether due to lack of funds. This exposes lenders to increasing liability and loss. DON'T MISS our expert panel at UCW discussing this very topic, and how your organization can stay ahead of the curve and ensure portfolio coverage. ⌚️💳Did you know that the timeliness of your insurance payment can affect your insurance premium? If the insurance company issues a late notice or a cancellation notice for non-payment on your policy, you may see an increase in your renewal premium. The easiest way to avoid a late payment is to set up an automatic payment plan. Or you can pay your premium in full. With these options, your payments will post on time, you could save money on monthly installment fees, or you may become eligible for a "paid in full" discount. Contact us today to learn about your options. #insurancesavings #savemoney #deliveringrealprotection #insurancesc #insurancegreenville

Maintain a good credit score—it can lower your insurance premiums. Insurance companies may use credit-based insurance scores to assess risk and determine premiums. A higher credit score demonstrates financial responsibility and may qualify you for lower rates on auto, home, and other insurance policies. Improve your credit by paying bills on time, reducing debt, and monitoring your credit report for errors. #CreditScore #Tips #InsuranceSavings #AskBrennon #Brennonmwilson

I will be discussing coinsurance on September 26, 2024 at the Kansas City CPCU Society Chapter event for Insurance Day. Ticket information below! In 2011, per Marshall & Swift/Boeckh (now Verisk), 73% of an agency’s book of business may be underinsured by approximately 35%. That is an old statistic, because you know it's gone up since the pandemic. Speaking of Verisk, I read the 360 Value Quarterly Reconstruction Cost Analysis (Q2 2024: United States) which stated that reconstruction costs were normalizing but the total costs in the US "...including materials and retail labor, increased by 4.6% from April 2023 to April 2024, slightly more than their 4.1% rise from January 2023 to January 2024." Which made me think: insurance professionals need to check to make sure the policyholder's limits are keeping pace with inflation. Adjusters, call the producers and let them know when the insured is underinsured. #Coinsurance #ContinuingEducation #CPCUSociety #KCCPCUSocietyChapter #HelpingPolicyholders #Adjusters #ClaimsHandling #Webinars https://lnkd.in/gauDMBFj

❓What are the seven basic principles of insurance? ❇️The seven basic principles of insurance are: ✅Utmost good faith: Requires full disclosure to build trust. ✅Insurable interest: Ensures the policyholder has a financial stake in the subject matter. ✅Proximate cause: Determines the closest cause of a loss for coverage. ✅Indemnity: Ensures that actual losses are fairly compensated. ✅Subrogation: Allows insurers to recover damages from responsible parties. ✅Contribution: Prevents dual coverage and overcompensation. ✅Loss minimization: Policyholders are responsible for minimizing losses. . . . 📞Get a quote 718.683-9900 ❇️Join Imvros Insurance Agency family today! #insuranceagency #businessowners #building #businesscoverage #imvrosinsuranceagency #insuranceagent #insurancebroker #insurancecoverage #insurancepolicy #insuranceprotection #generalliabilityinsurance #homeownersinsurance #UmbrellaPolicy
