Am I crazy or is this industry crazy? 😅 Just seen a Entry Level Cyber Security Job. Clicked on it to see the requirements.. What do they expect from an entry level candidate? 8+ years experience with cloud and firewalls. Plus many other requirements. I understand it might be a company looking for someone who worked in IT previously and is highly skilled in IT. But also looking at the salary, they want to pay a entry level candidate with a mid-senior knowledge of IT. It doesn't look right to me. But have a tear in their eye. 😢 Personally carrying kittens for old ladies 🐱, who clicked the phishing link. 🐟📩 3️⃣ A CISO should have a CISSP. And an HDTV. 📺 And 5G. 📡 Maybe even a Ph.D. 🎓 But no college degree— that’s for looosers. 🤷♂️ 4️⃣ A CISO should always be a woman.
