4dLike the human body, a home is a collection of parts that needs maintenance, repairs, and eventually some replacements. You can't manage your home (or your health!) without data about what's inside. And that's what this partnership is all about: getting information about what's under the roof, and making it actionable for homeowners. Here's a tangible example from my own life. In 2017, we bought a home in Austin that was built in the 1980s. We didn't realize that we had two hot water heaters in the attic (yes, we do that in Texas) that were on borrowed time. They were designed to last a decade, and needed regular maintenance so that the hard water didn't corrode the inside. Like most people, we just thought about whether we had hot water to shower, or not. We didn't think much about the water heaters until one exploded in the attic. We had a flood, which led to an insurance claim, which led to remediation and an unplanned out-of-pocket deductible of $22,000. That not only disrupted our daily lives, but also stressed our finances. Using Homeowner.ai's app + Source7's data, we'll help millions of Americans take better care of their homes. That's worth getting excited about :) Celeste Filiatrault Edwin Price
