Our team members Yayoi Akiyama, Carlos Caceres and Koenraad Van Grimbergen just returned from the Fleet APAC Summit 2024. The key takeaway? Asia's automotive market is THRIVING. It's the biggest, fastest-growing market globally, packed with opportunities for automakers and suppliers alike. But it's not a one-size-fits-all situation. The region's diversity in languages, cultures, and fleet maturity demands a "Think Global, Act Local" approach. The future of automotive finance and leasing in Asia is all about sustainability, cutting-edge tech, and working together, so the summit also highlighted the importance of collaboration. That's why we actively participate in the Fleet APAC Advisory Board and host our own events for knowledge sharing and innovation. Head over to our latest blog for a deeper dive into the Fleet APAC Summit insights. Link in the comments below ⬇ #FleetManagement #Automotive #Innovation #Software

Another great startup out of CODE University of Applied Sciences that I support: Cosmos turns service providers into partners by bringing more transparency and collaboration into performance tracking, management and root-cause analysis. The (incredible!) Team already helps companies like Lufthansa, Swiss International Air Lines and Austrian Airlines to reduce delays in aviation today.
We're thrilled to announce that we've successfully completed our pre-seed funding round and spun off Cosmos from the Lufthansa Innovation Hub! At Cosmos, our vision is to transform service providers into true partners, fostering a collaborative environment where all parties are empowered to continuously enhance their service quality. We aim to achieve operational excellence by leveraging innovative tools and strategies that enable rapid adaptation to the ever-evolving and dynamic challenges of today’s world. Developed in close partnership with the Lufthansa Group, we're proud to have Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, and Swiss International Air Lines as our first launch customers, with more airlines eager to join our journey! There’s something profoundly empowering about being a part of a synchronised engine that drives transformation, shifting towards a new era. BMW Group’s commitment to transitioning from combustion engines to electric mobility, while championing Technology Openness, exemplifies a movement towards a sustainable future. It was truly inspiring to play a role in hosting Jean-Philippe Parain, Senior VP of Sales for the Asia-Pacific, Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions at BMW Group, for a Brand Strategy Roundtable Media Session in Malaysia. At VoxEureka working with BMW Group Malaysia has underscored the importance of using one’s voice for a purpose. Technology amplifies that voice, but it also brings great responsibility—especially when representing a pioneering brand like BMW. The event's seamless execution demonstrated the incredible adaptability and synergy of the teams I’m proud to work with. When Parain arrived, we knew we weren’t merely facilitating an event; we were actively participating in Malaysia’s transition to a sustainable future and its leadership in the automotive industry. I vividly remember the energy in the air during the roundtable session as Parain outlined BMW Group’s bold plans for the future. This wasn’t just another presentation—it was a defining moment for the industry, marking a significant step toward reshaping Malaysia’s automotive landscape. And at the heart of it all, the BMW team at VoxEureka invested wholeheartedly to ensure that every detail—from media engagement to messaging—aligned with BMW Group’s global vision. As we worked together, I could feel the rhythm of the team—a finely tuned engine, with each person contributing something unique and vital. Ideas flowed effortlessly, plans clicked into place, and every action sparked the next. Looking back, it’s clear that the experience was more than just a job well done; it was a powerful reminder of how transformative it can be when a team works in perfect synchronisation. We didn’t just host an event; but a responsibility to set the stage for Malaysia’s future in sustainable mobility.

Schweizer goes anti-cyclic. The final countdown is on. We are just 4 days away from celebrating the 175th anniversary of our six-generation family enterprise. In December 2001, Pentex-Schweizer launched a new manufacturing facility in Wuxi, China, marking a strategic move to capitalize on the increasing market pull in the region. This decision reflected their commitment to expanding their global footprint and leveraging the growth opportunities presented by the burgeoning Chinese market. In the same year, the Schweizer family diversified their business interests by investing in the business aviation sector through Industrieflug IPS. This venture led to the establishment of Schweizer Air Service in Germany, which became their inaugural foray into the Mobility sector, indicating their strategic interest in exploring new business avenues. The following year, the Schweizer further solidified their presence in the aviation industry by incorporating Schweizer Aviation, an aviation consulting firm. This addition was aimed at providing expert consultancy services to meet the dynamic needs of the aviation sector. The family's continuous expansion efforts were driven by an understanding of the industry's complexities and the increasing need for specialized management services. In 2004, responding to the rising demand for comprehensive aircraft management services, the Schweizer family collaborated with the founders of ProAir Charter Transport, Elmar Monreal and Thomas Godau, to establish ProAir Management & Sales. This new venture was designed to offer a wide range of aircraft management solutions, addressing the specific needs of clients seeking efficient and reliable services. If only we had been aware that a storm was looming on the horizon, perhaps we could have prepared differently. The year 2005 was a particularly significant one. My first son and Schweizer Gen 7 was born and ..... 🔥 Watch out for my daily posts about the 175 journey of SCHWEIZER. #hereforinnovation
