Every year, I have the pleasure of chairing our Talent Days, bringing together our Talent teams from across our global offices. This year, Munich was the perfect setting to connect and align on our shared ambitions to remain a front-runner in HR and Talent practices. Together, we tackled a tangible and impactful agenda, including: ✅ Talent intelligence — harnessing real-time data analytics to optimise talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. ✅ Advanced psychometric tools — leveraging behavioural insights to enhance team performance and strengthen leadership development. ✅ CSRD compliance — preparing to meet sustainability reporting standards and fostering a responsible business environment. ✅ Dynamic career pathways — implementing personalised development plans that align employee growth with organisational ambitions. ✅ Next-Gen learning — introducing cutting-edge digital solutions for continuous learning and upskilling. ✅ Gender pay equity — taking concrete actions and tracking progress towards closing the gender pay gap. ✅ Workload optimisation — implementing strategies that balance productivity with employee well-being, maximising engagement and happiness. ✅ Gen Z advisory board — engaging young talent to shape our future initiatives and ensure we’re tapping into the next generation’s insights. ✅ And so much more…! These meetings aren’t just about setting direction and aligning on goals — they’re about inspiring each other, sharing best practices, and supporting the long-term success of our team members. But they’re also about building strong connections, creating lasting memories, and reinforcing one of our core values: having FUN (our "We Are Easyfairs" karaoke moment🎤 — choreography included — is probably the best evidence... though it’s safe to say we won’t be auditioning for Dancing with the Stars anytime soon!). 🌟 As 2024 comes to a close, I’m taking a moment to reflect on the incredible journey this year has been and express my deepest gratitude for the experiences, opportunities, and people who made it all possible. 🌟 This year brought so many highlights: 🇨🇦 Visiting Workday offices in Montreal and giving my first onsite demo in French—what an exciting challenge! 🇨🇷🇦🇷 Delivering training sessions in Spanish in Costa Rica and Argentina was both humbling and inspiring as I connected with amazing professionals across cultures with Western Union 🇲🇽✈️ Traveling to vibrant Mexico City and across the beautiful USA for strategic on-sites that drove meaningful outcomes with Aeromexico. 🎰 Representing at the HR Tech Conference in Las Vegas, where innovation was front and center. 🌵 Engaging with forward-thinking clients at two rounds of Paradox Client Board in scenic Scottsdale. What stands out most isn’t just the destinations or events, but the people. Watching my colleagues grow professionally, collaborating with inspiring leaders, and building relationships with clients who challenge me to be a better mentor tomorrow than I am today, every day, are what truly make the journey worthwhile. Thank you, Paradox, for such a wonderful 2024 and for so many fantastic moments. Of course, the year wasn’t without its challenges, but those hurdles have only reinforced my belief in resilience, collaboration, and the power of a strong team. As we step into 2025, I’m filled with excitement for what’s to come. Let’s keep striving, innovating, and growing together! I’m so incredible proud to share that this year we have achieved our BEST-EVER results in the Great Place to Work survey for Teleperformance Nordic! 🚀 This success speaks to the strength of our team and the collective effort we have put into building a supportive and engaging work environment. We have reached an important milestone, with 85% of our employees now connected to a GPTW-certified site. We are also seeing meaningful progress in areas that matter most: our employees feel they can be themselves, they feel looked after, and the majority are satisfied with their direct managers. According to Great Place to Work® research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified workplace. Employees at Certified workplaces are also 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits, and have fair chances for promotion. We can have a better working world. And if all that matters is money, well it just so happens our businesses will be a lot more profitable too 💰 At the Vibrant Workplace Forum on November 5th we heard from Nuvolar Works, Kukoon and TruCorp as they shared their Vibrant Workplace journeys. On the day we popped some bubbly as we toasted these employers for their commitment to doing better business 🥂🍾 Running businesses in this way is not the norm, but yet it’s proven to be better for: ✔️Employees ✔️Employers ✔️And Society When we find companies who do better business like this, we need to hold them up as examples and champion them. 👉They need to be celebrated, and they need to be known👈 Both because they deserve to be, but also because there are good people out there spending short lives in companies where they aren’t happy.
