My fresh, homemade Tangerine Vinaigrette is simple, easy to make, and perfect for spring and summer! 2 tangerines 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 3/4 cup olive oil 1/2 cup pure, filtered water 1 tsp. rock salt Smoked fresh pepper to taste Add all ingredients in the blender and blend until creamy. The quality of your balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and tangerines will determine how great your salad dressing will be.
