🎉 Excited to share that our team secured the second runner-up position in the 2024 Case Championship organized by Scaler School Of Business in collaboration with IMS! Our task was to create a go-to-market strategy for a tech travel company entering the 'package holiday' market. We developed a comprehensive plan that covered key aspects such as market segmentation, targeting, technology integration, strategic partnerships, operational excellence, and risk management. 📌Here are 3 key steps we found crucial for crafting an effective case solution:- 📍Clearly define the problem statement- Ensure the problem is aligned with SMART criteria (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Time-bound) to set a strong foundation. 📍Structure the solution methodically- Break down the case into its core components. For instance, if the objective is to enhance profitability, analyze it through the main levers—revenue and costs. Further dissect these into fixed/variable costs and gross/net revenue to formulate a targeted strategy. 📍 Evaluate feasible solutions for each component- For instance, when focusing on growth strategies, consider options like market or product diversification or exploring new markets. Evaluate these based on scalability, cost, time, and effort to ensure practical implementation.
