5 ways I practice happiness and how you can do the same: 1. Every time you turn off social media put your phone face down and take three deep breaths 2. Walk in nature without your cell phone 3. Every day before bed write down one thing that happened that day that made you smile in a journal 4. When someone you love crossed your mind send a text or call them to let them know you are thinking of them 5. When you eat make sure you are sitting down and your phone is not on you. Think about your life and what you are grateful for while eating rather than scrolling. Oh I love what you are up to. The world needs your solution desperately. I have discovered that when people have a goal worthy of their life, a definiteness of purpose, (not a company goal) the fear and hurry goes away. Order is created in the mind. Order is heaven’s first law. To live in a heavenly state you must have order in the mind first.
