Avoid the many common mistakes when hiring a VA in the Philippines. I hate pointing out negatives but sometimes it makes sense to alert people so that they can avoid common mistakes. So here is a classic mistake business owners often make when hiring a VA for the first time. They concentrate on hiring for a specific task instead of hiring for a role that encompasses a range of different tasks. One of the most common examples of this is hiring a VA to do a narrow range of admin tasks when a skilled Executive Assistant could cover several, such as routine admin, calendar and email management, and travel bookings.
