Job Qualification • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Zendesk. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. • Strong time management and task prioritization abilities. • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. • Adaptability to new tools, technologies, and processes.
