Try applying to one of these companies to gain experience.” Company A: “You need B2B sales experience to qualify for this position.” How does one gain experience if no one takes a chance to allow people to prove themselves? This is true for many different lines of work.

The highest paid person at every company has 1 thing in common 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆. Why do great salespeople make so much money? It’s simple. They tolerate the discomfort of being rejected. Ultimately, making the sale comes down to picking up the phone over and over again and not being afraid of rejection…because you’ll get a lot of it. Rejections sucks. I’ve been hung up on more times than I can count when cold calling hiring software companies to source candidates. I’ve been laughed at on calls with potential investors. I’ve had folks tell me we’ll never make money and that we should find something else to do. Get used to it. Because sales is a numbers game, pure and simple. Even if your close rate is only 2%, if you can push through 100 calls a day, that’s two new customers every day.

Customer service representatives must have the following skill set. Skill Set 👈 Problem Solving Ability 🔥 How to identify through an extensive hiring process? 👈 Role play exercises that include mock calls. Include a real life situation that your company has already dealt with in the past. Add in a little attitude, perhaps some anger and see how your prospect handles it. Ask questions 👈 "A customer calls in very upset because their order was delayed, and they needed it urgently. They demand a full refund, but company policy only allows for partial refunds. We are Hiring - Sales and Marketing Support Specialists! ABOUT THE ROLE: We are actively seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Support Specialist. This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement and increasing brand awareness through targeted promotional activities and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Call old customers to obtain their email addresses and distribute promotional codes for discounts. ✅ Conduct cold-calling campaigns to acquire new customers and offer enticing promotional incentives. ✅ Execute outbound calls using provided scripts, handle inbound inquiries, and leave voicemails as needed. ✅ Craft and send out promotional emails to targeted customer segments using a designated email template. ✅ Collect and manage customer data, including email addresses and phone numbers, and input them into our point-of-sale system (Toast). ✅ Implement strategies to prevent misuse of promotional codes and maintain data integrity. ✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative promotional campaigns and initiatives.
