On International HR Day I wanted to say thanks to those of you have been there along the way. To those who I have worked with and worked for and to those who have challenged me in ways good and sometimes not so good. It's been an incredible experience, and I take a little bit from all those experiences, reinforcing the good, and helping me to be better. I'm not going to tag people, you know who you are. And its not just inside the profession, but also those professional business people, who we do it all for. Because without them, their businesses and the relationships that we build from the opportunities that they provide, we are nothing. So, the best thing about being in HR is definitely being in businesses, and helping to make a difference. #internationalhrday #hr #leadership
